I ordered my toothbrushes in March and received 2 broken brushes after 3 weeks of waiting..unbelievable!!so I contacted support and they took another week to respond..
whenthey did respond they told me they would send me replacements..AND NOTHING for 2 WEEKS!!..i called in and the girl who answered was kind enough but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes and passed around from 1 sales rep to the next. How hard is it to get a simple order exchanged?? i was so upset!
The shipping was expensive, i expected 2 weeks maximum but this whole mess took more than a month!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
